# Domains and Edge Routing

> Buy, connect, verify, and route domains to Pxxl projects.

Domains bring registration, DNS, project routing, certificates, and edge controls into one place. Open **Domains** in the Pxxl workspace to search your domains or add one you already own.

## Add a domain

| Option | Use it when |
| - | - |
| **Buy Domain** | You want to search for and register a domain through Pxxl. |
| **Add Domain** | You already control the domain and want to connect it. |
| **Transfer Domain** | You want to move the registration to Pxxl with an EPP authorization code. |

You can connect a domain to a project during setup or choose **Connect later** and finish routing from the domain detail page.
