Job status

Run history

Run history includes the status code, response output, error message, timeout state, and timestamps. Select Trigger to queue an immediate run through the same worker.

Failure handling

Pxxl disables a job after three consecutive failures. Fix the endpoint or credentials, then start the job again. Starting a disabled job resets its consecutive failure count. When investigating a failure:
  1. Check the request URL and method.
  2. Confirm the authentication header is still valid.
  3. Check the endpoint’s application logs.
  4. Confirm the response is a 2xx status.
  5. Check whether the work completes within the timeout.

Operational checklist

  • Make the endpoint idempotent.
  • Return a useful status code.
  • Log a request ID or job identifier on the application side.
  • Keep sensitive response data out of the response body.
  • Pause the job before changing a production endpoint.
